. As a result of the clash between about 200 Communist workers and pro-
Communist students and about 1,000 Chinese refugees at Mount Davis refugee
camp, Hong Kong, it was revealed that one. FU Ch,uan posing as
a refugee, was really a Communist qmpathizer,, The camp authorities have
been asked to cancel his privilege of using the camp. Although !Ws
fwAily was beaten, FU apparently escaped.
2. FU gave a statement to the press that the refugees would prefer staying
in Hong Kong or going to the mainland to going to Taiwan. This apparently
angered the inmates.
Comment. The Hong Kong vernacular press recently reported that (W(1)
communist agents are posing as members of a third force group among inmates (b)(3)
in )-afugee camps. Biographical data and photographs obtained from. many of
the refugees, under the pretense of recruiting them as guerrillas, have
been used to apprehend them in Canton..
