Guy Grundman. I am a new resident of I am writing to seek your
assistance in locating contact information for personnel at the Central Intelligence Agency. I am presently researching the CIA's
Counterterrorism Center (CC), Nonproliferation Center (NPC). and Weapons Intelligence, Nonproliferation, and Arms Control
Center (WINAC). I am trying to identify the current directors for all three centers, as well as their contact information. Thus far,
however. I have only been able to identify the names of former directors. In response to a formal inquiry, the Central Intelligence
Agency has Informed me that they are not able to supply the information I requested since it Is not currently available. I recognize
the sensitive nature of this Information, so I certainly understand CIA's reluctance to release it publically. However, I would
