"The Sino-Soviet Dispute (June 1960-November 1960)", possibly one of the ESAU studies 3). "The Great Leap Forward in Communist China", possibly one of the ESAU studies 4) "The Sino-Soviet Dispute and Its Significance", TS document # 142274-6, April 1 1961 If you regard any of this material as poteatially exempt from the FOIA's disclosure requirements, I request that you nonetheless exercise your discretion to disclose them. As the FOIA requires, please release all reasonably segjegable nonexempt portions of documents. To permit me to reach an intelligent and informed decision whether or not to file an administrative appeal of any denied material, please describe any withheld records (or portions thereof) and explain the basis for your exemption claims.
