On 3 January 2014, the office of the Information and Privacy Coordinator
received your 23 December 2013 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, submitted
on behalf of The Wall Street Journal, for:
"copies of all communications between Amazon.com Inc. and subsidiary Amazon
Web Services (AWS) with the Central Intelligence Agency regarding its
proposed and, subsequently, realized cloud computing contract with the CIA
[and] copies of the contract in question between Amazon.com Inc., or AWS, and
the CIA."
