This is in response to your 18 September 2006 letter pertaining to your 21 July
2006 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for documents related to Google. In
your letter you state that you "prefer the broader search." We are sorry, but, as we stated
in our 6 September 2006 letter, we cannot accept your original request because it is too
broad. Further, the appropriate component has advised that your request is too broad and
cannot be searched as stated.
Meanwhile, we are continuing to process your request as modified in our
6 September 2006 letter.
