Herzegovina discussed in the 7/7/1992 Intelligence Memorandum titled Tuzla, Bosnia and
Hercegovina: A Review of the Geographical Realities. It was produced by the Office of
Resources, Trade, and Technology. I have included a copy of the relevant page with the relevant
portion bracketed in pen.
