This is a final response to your undated (postmarked 13 July 2010) Freedom of
Information Act (FOIA) request, received in the office of the Information and Privacy
Coordinator on 20 July 2010, requesting "the name, address and phone number of the
CIA office in Tallahassee, Florida or the nearest one to it, and the CIA of Florida."
Your FOIA request cannot be accepted in its current form because the FOIA was
enacted to provide a means for the general public to access Government records. As
you are not seeking records, per se, your request does not constitute a FOIA request.
Therefore, we must decline to process this request.
