This request is submitted pursuant to 5 U.S.C. S551 et. seq. (the
Freedom of Information Act), on behalf of my client, Deborah von
Steinbergs, who is suing her husband, the above-named individual,
in a dissolution proceeding.
Please consider this letter as a request that you provide me with
documentation of the following information regarding Mr. von
Steinbergs:
1. The dates of his employment by your agency, whether as
a salaried employee, an independent contractor, or on
some other basis;
2. His title, position, or a description of his job
duties;
3. Number of years of service or employment;
4. Gross annual payments by year;
5. His enrollment or entitlement, through your agency, to
any type of retirement, pension, annuity, stock, bond,
or insurance plan.
Please determine your position regarding compliance with my
request within ten (10) days of receipt of this letter, by
written communications to me at the address on this letter.
