later in this memorandum is required to complete the climoz multi-
sensor aircraft system, to perform initial operations, smd to mkt a

million estimate is bacd on the best available vendor estimates to the
system contractor end more clearly defined operational conditions in
the proposed, 0outheast Asia environment.

required in FY 67.
