This is a final response to your 5 July 2010 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)
request, received in the office of the Information and Privacy Coordinator on 15 July 2010,
requesting "a point of contacts within your sites fitness facility and/or Environmental
Health & Safety management designated to review and evaluate your buildings
policies on environmental, health and safety products."
Your request cannot be accepted in its current form, because the FOIA was enacted
to provide a means for the general public to access Government records. As you are not
seeking records, per se, your request does not constitute a FOIA request. Therefore we
must decline to process this request.
