"All documents about the disappearance and/or execution of Alvaro Zacarias
Calvo Perez aka 'Felix' from 1983 to 1987."

and the CIA Information Act, 50 U.S.C. � 431, as amended. Our processing included a
search for records as described in our 22 February 2013 acceptance letter.
We did not locate any records responsive to your request. Although our searches
were thorough and diligent, and it is highly unlikely that repeating those searches would
change the result, you nevertheless have the legal right to appeal the finding of no records
responsive to your request. As the CIA Information and Privacy Coordinator, I am the
