On 9 July 2010 we received your letter dated 3 July 2010 requesting information on you.
The Privacy Act requires federal agencies to safeguard personally identifiable information
about an individual. CIA's Privacy Regulations, Title 32 C.F.R. � 1901.13, establish the criteria
below:
An individual seeking access to or amendment of records about himself
shall provide in the letter of request his full (legal) name, address, date
and place of birth, and current citizenship status together with a
statement that such information is true under penalty of perjury or a
notarized statement swearing to or affirming his identity. In the case of
an individual who is an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence,
said individual shall provide his or her alien registration number and the
date that status was acquired.
Although you have provided most of the necessary information, you must send us a
statement declaring your citizenship. You must have your statement notarized, or sign it under
penalty of perjury (28 U.S.C, � 1746), and verify that you are a U.S. citizen or a legal permanent
resident. If you are a legal permanent resident (LPR), you must provide your LPR number and the
date that status was acquired. If you have become a U.S. citizen, you must provide your
naturalization number and the date that status was acquired.
Because you have not provided the information we require, we are closing your request at
e. Once we receive the necessary information, we can then begin processing your request.

I have a feeling that I have been under a sort of watch or something and I don't know
why because I have done nothing to ask for it The reasons I think so is because through
the years I have been jeered at on the sueets and have n threats and I don't
know why. This has been in more that one state--eve where I am from. So I
want every where checked. This is liorn my youth to
It seems almost as though I have been pointed out as a bad person or something like on a
neighborhood watch to homes and schools, areas et,. But I don't know why.
want this checked thoroughly. I want to be told of all the details-dates-persons-reasons
� what has been done to me �who is doing this to me (names and all information and
dates)-if I have been pointed out to schools, businesses, etc. what ones? Are they always
following me doing this - Why? I am being tormented for something not true or
someone is out to do me a wrong abuse for whatever trash I don't know.
I have rights, and I am not the kind or person that should be treated like this. So check
all files and everything and everywhere else. Check every organization, institution,
place, etc. and find out what is what and tell me. Lets get to the bottom of this.
Also are they tagging me now? For what? Who? Where? And etc. I W� to find out
ALL information. IN and OUT -or the country and any place else.
Of course Jexpcct all this information is-Confidential except to
any wrong and I will not be used-as such. My personal informa
confidential.
I have had enough ID theft in my life,
Please check ALL records and help me out on this. If there is any thing against
should be told it. That should be my rights. I have had various abuses and even
physically and I should know all there is to know.
