Under the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. subsection 552, I am requesting information or
records on the following. On 28 May 1956 the United States Navy sold one Martin PBM-5 aircraft,
serial number 11306, CAA registration number N 10419 to International Associates, Inc. (see copy
of Bill of Sale attached to this FOIA request). Please provide the following information:
1. Was the Central Intelligence Agency involved in this transaction?
2. Do the records of the CIA contain any reference to International Associates, Inc. P.O. Box
453 Miami 48, Florida?
3. Do the records of the CIA contain any reference to aircraft N10419?
4. Did the CIA, an aviation proprietary, or an air carrier under contract to CIA operate N10419 in
Panama or elsewhere?
5. Do the records of the CIA contain any reference to the disposition of aircraft N10419?
If there are any fees for searching for, reviewing, or copying the records, please supply the records
without informing me of the cost if the fees do not exceed $100, which I agree to pay.
