It is our opinio:: that POW #31 is pr-1,--.b1y not Patterson. Steir skull
forzations ere slightl,y different -- the POW's appears more rounded across the top
of his head over -the cr-,wm and Patterson's more flat-topped with a less rounded
crown arta. Patterson's temporal recession eppesrs to extend further bsck than
the POW's. Toe other features seem similar though the poor POW photo precludes
further co= ent.
