MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD
SUBJECT: Projects Based in West Germany

At the meeting on 7 March 1952, attended by Lt. General Truscott,
Senior Representative in Germany, it was agreed that all projects
based in West Germany would be reviewed, first by Gen. Truscott
immediately upon his return ta Germany, and subsequently by the PRC,
with a view to establishing their continued validity in the light of
political changes in Germany. Insofar as possible this review would
be undertaken prior to the end of Fiscal 1952, and with the clear
understanding that no project which would be of significant value
would be eliminated.
