This is a final response to your 8 August 2010 Freedom of Information Act
(FOIA) request, received in the office of the Information and Privacy Coordinator on
10 August 2010, for "a database listing of all the FOIA requesters from FY 2008-
present that you have classified as 'news media."
The FOIA does not require federal agencies to create a record, collect information,
conduct research, or analyze data. Therefore, we must decline to process this request.
