I have a feeling that I have been under a sort of,watch or something and I don't Imow
wlw because I have done nothng to ask for I. The reasons I think so is because through

the years I have been jeered at ori the streets and have 'lad various threats and I don't
know why. This has been in more that one state ---then where I am from. So I
want eVery where checked. This is from my youth to now.
It seems almo t as though I have been pointed out as a bad person or something ke on a
neighborhood watch to homes and schools, areas etc, . But I don't know why.
this checked thoroughly, I vvant to be told of all the details-dates-persons-reasons
what has been done to me �who is doing this to ride (names and all irtforrnation arid
dates)-if I have been pointed out to schools, businesses, etc. what ones? Are they always
following rile doing this - Why? I arn being tormented for something not true or
SOMeOrie iS 011t to do me a wrong abuse for whatever trash I don't Imoviz
I have rights, and I am not the kind or person that should be treated like this, So check
all files and everything arid everywhere else, Check every organization, institution ,
place, etc, and find out what is what and tell me. Lets get to the bottom of this.
Also are they tagging me now? For what? Who? Where'? And etc. I want to find out
Alt irthrmation. IN and OUT or the country and any place else.
Of course I expect all this information is confidential except to me, Jam not guilty of
any wrong and 1 will not be used as such. My personal information of course is
