Itemized Discrepancy List and Price Proposal.
This Contractor submits, as Enclosure (1) hereto, its formal cost plus
fixed fee proposal for the correction of basic airframe discrepancies
on one each SP2H aircraft. This proposal is presented in response to
our Reference (a) discussion on this subject and your Reference (b)
authorization to proceed under Contract JG-1968.
Enclosure (1) contains a detailed listing of discrepancies, proposed
corrective actions and labor cost estimate by line item. Material costs
are shown as a separate item representing our best estimate of expendable
and/or stock materials which are not normally furnished from Navy Supply.
Major repair and/or replacement parts will be requisitioned through
established supply sources.

Other Direct Costs (Premium Pay) was developed on the basis of an esti-
mated 100 manhours to be expended on overtime in order to accomplish
this task within the schedule framework. It is, therefore, requested
that the Task Order issued for this effort include authorization for
the expenditure of 100 overtime manhours.
Labor rates, overhead and general and administrative factors utilized
in developing cost and fee price are in accordance with the rates
negotiated for the basic maintenance program.
We trust the above will be favorably received and a Task Order will be
received at an early date.
