b. Bob Bannerman reported on the loss of an Air America air-
craft over the weekend and indicated that an accident investigation
would be made immediately. The Director said that this was not
enough. He was not so much interested in investigations as in bad
security practices on the part of Air America. He directed Bob to take
some positive action in this direction.

d. The Director indicated that he plans to sit in on the deliberations
of the President's Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board on 8 and 9 July.
He will appear on behalf of CIA at 1130 hours on Friday, 9 July.
e. In connection with the discussion of NRO, the Director insisted
that the "treaty" recognize that when a mission is to be carried out 25X1
covertly, CIA would be tasked to do it. He cited ISINGLASS 25X1
as examples.
