1. In response to subject request for information from
1986 to present, relating to Chilean arms dealer Carlos
Cardoen's supply of weapons, including cluster bombs, to
Iraq and Carlos Cardoen's export of zirconium from a
subsidiary of the Teledyne Corporation based in Albany,
Oregon the DI conducted a search of its records systems.
3. This completes DI action on F93-1321.
