referral to DoJ about this case He called right back and, after I described the case in (b)(3)
unclassified terms, said that he was unaware of it. He said he thought that Jim Gillis or Rob Spencer at
EDVA would know about this case. I called Jim Gillis and left a voice mail message providing him with my
and your open telephone numbers. Gillis called back and said he would like to come to DIG/INV to read
the case file, perhaps as early as tomorrow (13 August), but more likely next week. As a result, I left the
case file on your chair.
