All: Wanted to provide a quick update and make sure we're all on the same page thus far with respect to
planning for this visit. VPOTUS is still scheduled to be here on 19 November from 0945-1400. The DCI
Conference Room has been reserved for these sessions. The latest draft scenario is below. (DI -- please
note that we're making changes to the timing of your suggested breaks to provide an opportunity for ADR
to bring in sandwiches, beverages and other lu 'tems.) Will keep you posted as this moves along. If
