written response from the CIA that detailed significant errors in the study. At the same time, they noted that the CIA
agrees with a number of the study's findings and has taken steps to address shortcomings identified by the study. The
CIA has offered to brief all Committee members and their staff on its response and awaits the opportunity to do so.
Once the Committee has had the opportunity to make any necessary revisions to its study, we would be prepared to
work with it to determine the best way forward on declassification."
