GIBNEY has been appointed edi- torial advisor and national correspondent to � the Publishers Newspaper Syndicate, a sub- sidiary of Field Enterprises. Most recently Mr. Gibney was a temporary special assistant , on the White Home staff. Prior to that he had been the president of Show magazine and earlier he had worked for the United Press, Time Inc., Newsweek, and Show Busi- ness Illustrated. He was named publisher of ! Show in 1,6l and president in 1964. Mr. Gibney is the author of five books on na- ' tional and foreign affairs and has completed .a sixth, "The Reluctant Space Farers," which will be published in March.
