SUBJECT: Job Description.
TO : The Commanding Officer, OSS, ETOUSA.
1. Submit herewith job description concerning position
held by 2nd Lieutenant CHARLES C. MICHAELIs, 01596734, QMC:
a. Title: SCI Team Officer
b. T/0 grade: First Lieutenant.
c. Specification: This officer is at present ser-
ving as an SCI Team Officer with the 31st SCI Unit, First
Army. He is responsible for the collection, analysis and
dissemination of strategic information under the direction
of the SCI Team Commander ad the Assistant Chief of Staff,
0-2 (CI).
As a linguist, he will supervise interrogation
and examination of those with whom the unit is concerned, and
will be charged with certain phases of security, counter-in-
telligence and counter-sabotage work.
He has fulfilled the duties of this position
for the past three months.
