Cynthia -- Thanks for the quick e mail. I have checked with our kids and the 1 st. week of April is out
because of work schedule . However, the 3 rd week seems the best with the following
problem

morning on the 16th; The rest of the week is wide open (Tuesday the 17th, Wednesday the 18th,
Thursday the 19th , and Friday the 20th). We need to schedule as soon as possible because it seems

The Leslianne
Shedd Intern Scholarship was sent up the year she died. It has over 300 contributors and a market value
which sponsors about 5 to 8 scholarships per year. It includes not only students from the
but students from Public Health. ( Leslianne was hoping to go back to school after her
service in Ethiopia to become a Physicians Assistant with a goal of returning to Africa to work in the
medical field). To date 54 scholarships have been awarded totally Students have interned in
over 40 countries world wide.
We are concerned that the media frenzy we experienced when she was killed will occur again and
hamper the scholarship. has been so very kind to this family and we don't want to
cause them any hardship from this media release. We also need to be prepared to answer media
uestions with a consistent family statement. Thank you in advance for your help Cynthia.
