In any event, Toure clearly is concerned over the possibility that internecine warfare will break out among factions of the in- surgents. The Guinean military has taken control of the insurgents' headquarters in Conakry, and orders have gone out to regional governors to dis- arm all Portuguese Guinean guerrillas and keep them in their bases. 4 FOR THE PRESIDENT ONLY Approved for Release: 2019/08/19 005993723 -"'"4,Approved for Release: 2019/08/19 C05993723 Approved for Release: 2019/08/19 C05993723
