Comments by students after completion of the recent course reinforced our impression that the course was quite good. The group did indeed function as a real seminar with much group participation and much interchange among the more experienced and the less experienced participants. 2. The presentations by (b)(3) Peter Baranowskil and were all considered effective and could well be continued in the next running of the course. rsentat ion should be revised; many students had difficulty following the detailed organizational pralyeis. A more general discussion of may well serve the needs of this course bet'. theoreti- cal presentation on should likewise be revised to meet the needs of this course by showing more concigAlv and concretely the interrelations (b)(3) 3. The course was generally weighted toward a theoretical approach rather than toward heavy inclusion of the nuts 8114 bolts of Operationsreflected in case histories. Without weakening the doTotigAirWeientation, three hoirs could probably be spent profitably in the next course on a case history Problem like Which is completed and available. (WO) (bX3) 4. We agree that the reading naterial could be made more valuable by tying it into specific class presentations. 5. These suggestions having been made, however, we think the basics of the course should be maintained to make the next course as good as this one was.
