Good morning,
Last night the FOR Electronic Reading Room developer put the site into maintenance mode to complete the security
patching needed. Our hope was that this would also address the email delay we were experiencing with the eFOIA
request form. Unfortunately, something appears to have gone wrong with the patches. I do not have any details at this

time beyond the fact that the site is currently completely down. I do not have an estimate as to when it will be available
at this time. This does not appear at this time to be a security breach of any kind. I will keep you updated throughout
the day as we try to resolve this situation and restore the site's functionality.
