John J. Caulfield never, never, never transmitted an offer of
clemency, or any other offer of that kind, to James McCord or to
anyone else, via John Dean or any other person. Caulfield was
forced by threats to make such statements and desperately wants
to tell the truth, but has been and is being terrorized into
sticking to these lies. Caulfield therefore remains the weak
link that can be broken in order to break the chain of conspiracy
aimed at overthrowing the President and dangerously--perhaps
irreparably--weakening the American government in preparaticn
for its eventual takeover through a seemingly "free" elective
process.

The conspiracy to overthrow the President and, with it weaken the American
government sufficiently for its 'quiet" overthrow -- a conspiracy mis-named
"Watergate" -- a conspiracy implemented by E. Howard Hunt and G. Gordon Liddy,
can be broken through its weakest link, John J. Caulfield. Mr. Caulfield
knows a good deal about the conspiracy into which he was entrapped, although
not all of it. He knows enough, however, and is sufficiently frightened and
sick at heart, to finally break down and break open a conspiracy which has
remained secret and closed for far too long.
