This letter expands on our 22 December 2004 response to your 4 July 2003
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request and subsequent litigation (Jefferson
Morley v. Central Intelligence Agency, Civil Action No. 1:03CV02545) filed 16
December 2003 for records pertaining to George Efythron Joannides.
We inadvertently failed to include the following in our earlier response to
you and we apologize for the oversight:
Enclosed is an additional document which we have determined may be
released in segregable form with deletions made on the basis of FOIA exemptions
(b)(1), (b)(3), (b)(6), (b)(7)(c), and (b)(7)(e). There is also additional material that
we determined is properly classified and must be denied in its entirety on the basis
of FOIA exemptions (b)(1), (b)(2), (b)(3), (b)(5), (b)(6), (b)(7)(c), (b)(7)(d), and
