April 23, 1974, at which time you requested a copy of
the Baker Report on the Select Committee's CIA investi-
gation. I discussed the matter with Senator Baker who
in turn discussed the matter with Senator Ervin and they
agree that your request should be honored.
Therefore, delivered herewith is copy VI of the Report.
I might also suggest that we arrange for you to have
access to copies of Exectltive Session testimony and
documentary evidence compiled in the course of this
_investigation. We will look forward to discussing these
matters with you at your convenience.
