MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD
SUBJECT: Approach by McCord to Agency Employee in 1971
The Office of Security reports that in the fall of 1971
McCord approached currently an
� employee of the Office of Security, accept part-time employ-
ment installing alarm systems. declined the offer because
� he felt he was not qualified for it and that the work would be
inconsistent with his employment, had subsequent contacts
with McCord, the last being by telephone several months ago.
