1. The DCI Working Group on CW-Toxin Use is forming
a sub-group to produce an intelligence memorandum on the
utility of specific toxins in various conflict situations.
The paper will provide the community's best current assess-
ment of the possible threats that toxins pose to US/NATO
forces. A copy of the precis is attached.
