Thank you for this update. As I mentioned
(b)(3)
yesterday, I received an email yesterday from Dal's compliance
office requesting information on the
unavailability of our eFOIA submission tool. Apparently, they have received some
inquiries from the public about it, and GSA is asking ifthere is anything they can do to assist us. I responded back that
we were working on updates that would hopefully correct the problem. I fully anticipate another inquiry from them soon.

Good morning
Last night the FOIA Electronic Reading Room developer put the site into maintenance mode to complete the security
patching needed. Our hope was that this would also address the email delay we were experiencing with the eFOIA
request form. Unfortunately, something appears to have gone wrong with the patches. I do not have any details at this
time beyond the fact that the site is currently completely down. I do not have an estimate as to when it will be available
at this time. This does not appear at this time to be a security breach of any kind. !Swill keep you updated throughout
the day as we try to resolve this situation and restore the site's functionality.
