lo- Reportedly, a large group of the Rumanian railroad personnel in Northern
Moldavia, especially along the railroad lines that are transporting Soviet
troops and materiel, have been replaced with Soviet personnel.
2. The Rumanian Government recently announced the construction of twe new
railroad lines: one to run between Piatra-Neamt and Bieaz, the other between Deva
and Brad.
3d Since April 1951, a special Soviet commission, under the direct orders of
the Soviet high command has been in control of all 4 Rumania's railroads,
