Subject: Recycled Old Oatmeal
Feedback: Today is Monday and I went down to the cafeteria at around 7:30 am and saw the
oatmeal container about 1/4 full with what looks like old dried oatmeal along the side of the bin.
It doesn't look like the oatmeal was newly made and I would be surprised to hear that 3/4 of the oa
was consumed in one hour on a Monday morning.
Does FS recycle old oatmeal?
It looks pretty disgusting..
