I can't understand why there isn't a grill and fryer under the hood. these are low cost items ( I know, I used to run restaurants). The items on the hot bar are 75% of the time look dry and uneatable. The eggs in the mornings are ALWAYS dry and tasteless. Fresh eggs and other items would help.
