New Baku refinery starts production of 100-octane aviation gasoline: 2. 3.3(h Comment: This refinery, a high priority project, has been under construction for several years. It is the second such refinery in Baku and the sixth in the Soviet Union capable of producing high octane gasoline. The others are located in the general Caspian area at Gurev, Grozny, Krasnovodsk and Orsk (see map, p. 4).
