REPORT NO..
1. The following represents the weekly instructions issued by the Tehran Tudeh
Provincial Committee to Party members under the jurisdiction of District
Committee No. 7 for the week beginning 24 November 1951:
a. Party and Trade Union documents should not under any circumstances be kept
at the headquarters of the Party or the syndicates; nor should they be
carried about by any individual other than those who have been given this
responsibility.
b. Enlist volunteers for night guard duty at the House of Peace. 1
c. Prepare a report with the names of all professional toughs and thugs
(ehakukesh), stating to which group such thugs and hirelings belong., their
addresses, and past careers. 2
d. Attempt to'push" the sales of the Iran peasants' newspaper., Dehqanan-i-Iran.,
