Timerman and cancel his Argentine nationality. Our
estimate is that if in fact this is not the case,
the media and military opinion are being manipulated
to make such a decision inztaxx easier.

I informed him of Department's policy re refuge and
again reassured that I thought possibility of
Timerman's being left unprotected in Buenos Aires
