persons recruited for this work must be rele+ased from their places of employ-
ment and no obstacles may be put in the way of their departure for the Far East.
Specialists, such as seamen, railroad worker:, mechanics, b9okkeepere, and
office help. are especially wanted since the xi.s,:d for their services is most
urgent.

The climate at Nagayev Bay is very cold and damp and there is much fog,

information is reoutred).

Vilnius.

Militia Section building, on Pievu Gatve, translated as Meadow Street), Kaunas,
and Siauliai.
