The VG Committee of MO CAY District (KIEN HOA) just
'ordered its subordinate agencies and cadres to open study sessions
on the subject "The building up of. a strategic unit" with, a view
) to welcoming the s').-111cd "Uictonious_Sprin0 and to respondir& to
the "Unanimous p_has,c." initiated ffom Jan.. 20 to Jan. 27,
1968 by tHe�VC Committee of DEN Trit Province. The VC made known
that a iinit equipped with strategic weapons will jump off into
operation one of these days to anahilate the U.S forces kri the
name of the socialist bloc is struggle for world peace.

Put to a preliminary trial, the mentioned weapons
had destroyed. 2 warships in .ma TIE waters and at HAM LUONG river
mouth recently.

Following are the tasks the VC Committee of MO
CiY Liiertrict dictated to its cadres in the district town:
� To urgently complete the collection of personal
data of UN civil servants in .thedistrict town who are possibly
to be taken in the machinery cf the prospective coalition
eipernment.
� To review and a 3,-;prtin the total quahtity of
troops and armaments on hand in the district tcwn.
- insure the motivation Of 30 puppet soldiers

and employees; and the dsertion of 40 puppet soldiers, from
new till the opening T the operation.
� According tb the VC, after all U.S and puppet
forces in South Vietnam have been completely defeated . the
"Revolutionary ' vernment" will make its appearance before the .
public in SAT. GON a/ 'CHO ,.nd a huge dunonstration will 'storm
ici the capital from all diree4ions to welcome the new government
(coalition covernmeht).
