1. There is a Soviet munitions dump in Floresti de Sus, 12 kilometers north of
Craiova, on the northern side of the Dealul Cucului, at Hill 212. The
dump,, which has been in operation since August 1952, is inside the mountains.,
The separate storage chambers fan out, and begin 10 meters from the entrance.
The area is enclosed with electrified barbed wire and the Soviet guards
wear uniforms with blue shoulder boards without decoration.
