Question 1: State, in co*rdination with CIA and DOT,, should reconfirm the information provided on March 9. t ttestion 2: DOD, in coordination with State and CIA, should provide this information. All American civilians and military personnel killed in Laos since July 23, 1962 as a result of hostile action or accident, excluding air combat casualties, should be accounted for tither as a civilian or a military casualty. i. estions 3 and 4 need no longer be answered.
