1. I AM TOLD THAT MCCAULEY HAS STILL NOT GOTTEN ANY INSTRUCT-
IONS TO ARRANGE EGYPTIAN HELICOPTER ORIENTATION FLIGHTS (HAKTO 61).
I HAVE AGREED WITH SADAT THAT THE FLIGHTS WILL BE FOR ORIENTATION
AND IT IS IMPORTANT THAT WE QUICKLY ARRANGE THEM.
2. PLEASE ASK ZUMWALT TO ISSUE INSTRUCTIONS IMMEDIATELY TO
MCCAULEY ON THIS MATTER.

1. I am told that McCauley has still not gotten any instructions
to arrange Egyptian helicopter orientation flights (HAKTO 61).
I have agreed with Sadat that the flights will be for orientation
and it is important that we quickly arrange them.
2. Please ask Zumwalt to issue instructions immediately to
McCauley on this matter.
