1. Please di, sregard my letter to you of May 19 on backchannel com-
munications., channel is now established, although as noted
in letter some problems exist such as small size of communications
center and need to carry out all procedures by hand.
2. Please explain to HAK that USLO NODIS 121 sent prior to estab-
lishment of lpecial channel, but that all future messages of this nature
will be handIJed via this channel.
3. Is "voyager" the designation which we should use for messages to the
White House!? We would appreciate more specific instructions on use of
these communications.
