No Objection to Declassification in Part 2010/03/10: LOC-HAK-107-4-25-1 - M.EMORANDUNM NATIONAL SECURITY COUNCIL LIMITED OFFICIAL USE May 22, 1975 MEMORANDUM FOR: GENERAL SCOWCROFT FROM: W. R. At this point they are reasonably confident but, because of conditions in Saigon at the time, they cannot be absolutely certain. Such a check would, however, take some time.
