Infiltration
-- Two battalion-size groups detected during
the past week and an accepted "gap fill" bring to six the
number of full-size infiltration groups which have started
south since July 23. Since all are destined for Military
Region 5, however, it appears that they are local reinforce-
ments and do not signal the beginning of a new surge in
country-wide infiltration. .
