REJECTED TODAY U.S. CHARGES THAT MISSILES HAD BEEN SET IN THE KHE
SANH VALLEY AFTER THE SIGNING OF THE PARIS AGREEMENT. THE DEPUTY
CHIEF OF THE VIET CONG'S DELEGATION TO THE JMC TOCO A PRESS CON-
FERENCE THE U.S. CHARGES WERE PART OF A "tCAMPAIGN TO COVER UP THE
ILLEGAL INTRODUCTION OF U.S ARMAMENTS FROM JAPAN." WHEN ASKED
WHETHER MISSILE SITES WERE INSTALLED AT KHE SANH BEFORE THE
